Family Therapy
Our family therapists know that families come in all shapes and sizes. Family therapy can support a whole family system, a parent-child dyad, siblings, adult children and their parents, blended families, adoptee families and everyone in between.
EMDR and Brainspotting
These somatic therapies are a great fit for clients who have done the processing, learned the skills, and still feel their symptoms being the drivers in their lives. Both EMDR and Brainspotting are effective trauma treatments that have the potential to bring deep relief.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy can be a good fit for romantic partners of every shape, size, and configuration. Our couples therapists support any kind of intimate partner relationship including, but not limited to, marriages, dyads, polyamorous relationships, partners, people who are dating, and open relationships.
Supervision for New Clinicians
Our seasoned clinical supervisors are excited to support people entering the field with a supportive, ethical lens. We are committed to making sure clinicians with all license types feel prepared to navigate the mental health world. We want you to feel empowered in your own clinical judgment, case conceptualization, and administrative knowledge so you can take your career wherever you want.
Group Therapy
Group therapy is perfect for people looking to connect with others while improving one's own emotional space. More information will be posted as registration for groups becomes available.

Group Therapy
All of our groups are priced to be accessible to our community. Each group is it’s own rate, so check out our Current Groups page for more information!
Insurance
At this time we accept Premera, Cigna, and Aetna insurances. We are in the process of being credentialed with more plans and hope to have updates in the summer of 2026!
We are happy to provide a Superbill to clients to submit to their out of network insurances for partial reimbursement.
