Family Therapy
Our family therapists know that families come in all shapes and sizes. Family therapy can support a whole family system, a parent-child dyad, siblings, adult children and their parents, blended families, adoptee families and everyone in between.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy can be a good fit for romantic partners of every shape, size, and configuration. Our couples therapists support any kind of intimate partner relationship including, but not limited to, marriages, dyads, polyamorous relationships, partners, people who are dating, and open relationships.
Group Therapy
Group therapy is perfect for people looking to connect with others while improving one's own emotional space. More information will be posted as registration for groups becomes available.

Group Therapy
Parenting Support Group
Parents with children of all ages are invited to come join licensed therapist, Julie McGowan, LICSW in talking through this wild ride that is parenting. While there is no right way to be a parent, participants will come away with more relational tips and tricks, more coping skills, more emotional regulation tools, and more support for the hard moments.
Coffee and light refreshments will be served.
This group meets once a month in person at the Miller Bay Estates Clubhouse in Poulsbo, WA located at 22125 Sunridge Way NE, Poulsbo, WA 98370 for 90 minutes from 11am-12:30pm on the following Sundays:
December 7th, 2025
January 18th, 2026
More dates will be added in the New Year.
Fee is $30 per person per session or $50 for two coparents per session. Sliding scale available upon request.

Insurance
At this time we are working towards accepting insurances. We plan to accept Regence and Premera by the end of 2025.
Currently, we are happy to provide a Superbill to clients to submit to their insurances for partial reimbursement.
