Maia (she/her) is a wonderful therapist who works with individuals and supervises our associate level clinicians. Maia’s experience ranges from clients experiencing acute crises to maintenance work. Maia has worked in a wide range of settings, including a community based mental health program to private practice.

Julie McGowan, LICSW
Julie (she/her) is a therapist who loves finding the connections and patterns that her clients are experiencing and supporting them with new tools to help navigate their lives differently. Julie specializes in family and couples work but has a wide range of experience with individuals as well.

Brianna Campbell, LMFT
Bri is a holistic, person-centered therapist who believes in the power of relationships to foster healing and growth. She is deeply rooted in attachment theory, focusing on how early and ongoing relationships shape emotions, behaviors, and connections. Bri enjoys working with individuals and couples navigating attachment wounds, relationship challenges, and family dynamics.
Bri is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, helping partners strengthen their bond, improve communication, and rebuild trust. She is also passionate about working with attachment-based trauma, guiding clients toward deeper self-understanding, emotional regulation, and fulfilling relationships.
Bri is strengths-based and meets clients where they are, creating a safe and supportive space for exploration and healing. She values authenticity, connection, and curiosity, helping clients uncover patterns that no longer serve them while building new ways of relating that align with their values.

Charlsie Spalding, LICSWA
Charlsie (she/her) is a compassionate and dedicated therapist specializing in trauma-informed care. She strives to provide a safe, non-judgemental space for individuals to heal from past traumatic experiences. Drawing on a variety of modalities including EMDR, Brainspotting, Ego States Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Charlsie works collaboratively with clients towards creating healing, empowerment, and a renewed sense of peace.
Charlsie believes that trauma can affect every aspect of a person’s life, but with the right support and coping strategies, immense pain can be turned into resilience and newfound wholeness. Whether you are dealing with childhood trauma, complex PTSD, or more recent traumatic events, Charlsie is ready to provide the guidance and support needed for you on your individual healing journey.
INDIVIDUAL, COUPLES, AND FAMILY THERAPIST
Rachelle Evinsky, LICSWA
Rachelle specializes inworking with people who have co-occurring disorders using strength-based, as well as different evidence-based practices, to help a person see their own strengths. Rachelle has a foundation of skills with crisis intervention, motivational interviewing, CBT, and some DBT mindfulness skills. She enjoys helping people to see the positives in life, and working towards the goals that they want to accomplish. She also specialize in working with families of loved ones who have struggled with addiction to help them navigate their own journey
Rachelle uses a wide variety of evidence-based practices, which ever feels best for the person who she is working with, and has experience working with people who are in a crisis. She utilizes Solution focused brief therapy with people who know specifically what they want to work on.
Rachelle loves helping people to see there is a light at the end of the tunnel and helping them achieve their goals.
